Tea Products: Tea cannot be returned as it is a food product. We encourage you to try smaller sample sizes before placing large or bulk orders.

Other Products: For unopened and unused non-food items, we offer store credit (minus return shipping fees) if returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any items back.
